Keith brings over 30 years of industry experience in helping organisations deliver projects and maintenance safely and efficiently across Australia’s fuel and infrastructure sectors. As part of the Your Safety Partners consulting team, Keith specialises in risk assessments, traffic management planning, and the development and review of safe systems of work.

Throughout his career, Keith has supported some of the country’s leading petroleum companies by providing expert permit-to-work oversight, health, safety and environmental (HSE) management, and regulatory compliance auditing. His extensive experience spans retail, commercial, and depot fuel facilities, where he has worked closely with clients to maintain the highest safety and environmental standards.

Keith’s background includes assisting the fuel industry in delivering maintenance and capital projects safely through the provision of skilled permit writers and safety advisors. He has conducted countless site inspections and contractor audits to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, codes of practice, and corporate safety policies.

Keith originally entered the petroleum industry working with T & V Grainger (Consultants), where he assisted Terry Grainger in developing permit writing systems and preparing Dangerous Goods Notifications for retail fuel sites. His hands-on involvement in compliance auditing for major clients such as BP further strengthened his expertise in operational risk management.

With over five years of dedicated permit writing experience, Keith has held key safety leadership roles, including:

As a qualified Traffic Management Assessor, Keith now supports Your Safety Partners’ clients with the design and implementation of Traffic Management Plans, ensuring safe vehicle and pedestrian movement across high-risk environments. His practical knowledge of fuel operations and strong understanding of compliance systems make him an invaluable resource for clients seeking dependable, field-experienced safety leadership.
