Career Profile

Mick is an experienced construction work health and safety specialist with deep expertise in working-at-heights operations across major building, civil and infrastructure projects. He delivers practical working-at-heights and rescue training, conducts on-site risk assessments, selects appropriate equipment and safe systems of work, and develops clear procedures to ensure elevated tasks are performed safely and efficiently. Mick also provides field-based supervision and coaching for high-risk work, reinforcing safe behaviours and ensuring critical controls are implemented on construction sites.

Mick supports a wide range of construction and industrial clients including BP Australia, Air BP, John Holland, Kimberley Ports, VICT Ports, ASP Ship Management, Lendlease, Multiplex, Mirvac, ICON, Hacer, Hickory, Mammoet Wind and Programmed Maintenance.

His earlier roles include Control of Work Assurance Advisor for BP Australia and Operations Health & Safety Site Lead for BP Brazil Offshore, where he oversaw daily high-risk operations, strengthened safety processes and supported frontline teams.
